. The Biomarker Bridge and The CHI Bridge is owned, organized and operated by Cambridge Healthtech Institute (CHI). All right, title and interest in and to the materials provided on this Site, including but not limited to information, documents, logos, graphics, sounds, and images (the "Materials") are owned either by CHI or by its respective third party authors, developers, or vendors ("Third Party Providers"). Except as otherwise expressly provided by CHI, none of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, uploaded, posted, displayed, transmitted, or distributed in any way and nothing on this Site shall be construed to confer any license under any of CHI intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise. Please contact us by email  if you have any questions about obtaining such licenses. CHI does not sell, license, lease or otherwise provide any of the Materials other than those specifically identified as being provided by CHI.  Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by CHI.

You and CHI agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding. These terms of use expressly exclude and disclaim the terms of the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, which shall not apply to any transaction conducted through or otherwise involving this Site.

  13. Payment Terms and Registration
    Biomarker Bridge Membership allows you to become a member and have full access to all features in Biomarker Bridge on an ongoing basis for the payment of membership fees. Your membership to Biomarker Bridge will renew automatically unless you instruct us not to renew your Membership.

    Biomarker Bridge recurring membership: an ongoing basis with automatic payment of membership fees. Your membership to Biomarker Bridge will renew automatically, and you will be charged for renewal periods, unless you instruct us not to renew your Membership.

    When creating and using your membership and registering with Biomarker Bridge you will provide CHI with accurate, complete and updated account information. Failure to do so will be a breach of these Biomarker Bridge Terms and our agreement with you. A breach may result in immediate termination of your membership (see "Termination of your access to Biomarker Bridge" below). If you change any details such as name or e-mail address you must update these details in your Account.

    Your membership is not transferable. You may not transfer your membership to any other person or share your usernames or passwords with any other person. You may as a subscriber update your billing and address details.

  14. Termination of your Biomarker Bridge Membership
    This agreement for your Biomarker Bridge members, as part of your account, is effective until terminated by either party in accordance with these terms.

    No refund for unused benefits under your Biomarker Bridge Membership shall be provided by us EXCEPT where you are terminating your membership because material changes to these Membership Terms.
